About Us

Welcome to TitleTrainer, LLC. We teach Continuing Education classes that are approved by the Maryland Insurance Administration for Licensed Settlement Agents.

TitleTrainer, LLC understands that you need 16 C.E. credits every 2 years. For most of us, it means scheduling those classes under someone else’s terms. We are here to change that! We are totally portable and extremely convenient! We have online classes that we can email, fax or mail to your home or office and classes that we will bring to your office whenever YOU schedule!

How does it work?

Online classes:

From the Order page, click on an online class you’d like to take. Click on the PayPal logo to pay by credit card. Once you receive your payment, we will email, fax or mail (your choice) the documents. No muss, no fuss! Once we receive your answers and you have a 70% or better, we will apply for 1 C.E. credit on your behalf and then send you confirmation once the Maryland Insurance Administration has approved the credit. This process usually takes 7-10 business days from the date of completion.

On-site classes:

Schedule online, give us a call or fax us! Look over our class list, decide which you would like and schedule in your office on your time schedule. It’s that easy! Remember, these are 2 hour classes; we will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to set up the laptop, LCD projector and materials. We even bring the screen or just supply an empty wall in order to project the PowerPoint image on. Every office is different, we will discuss the details before we arrive in order to accommodate. Each class is worth 2 C.E. credits. You will fill out a sign in/sign out registration form just prior and after the class in order to receive your credits. Once the class is over, the process usually takes 7-10 business days to complete. Confirmation of credits will be sent to you!

Class Hosting Discount:

Another great reason to use TitleTrainer, LLC for all of your C.E. credit needs? Discounts, of course!

If we hold a class at your office and you have extra room for others to sit in, each person from your office will receive a 5% discount for every "outside" person that attends. Let's look at an example:

You arrange a class at your office for 4 people (your staff) and let 3 others come in and take the class with you, that would be a discount of 15% for each of your 4 people.
